Multicare Employee Parking Lot
The 25,000 square foot Multi-Care employee parking lot was originally designed as an asphalt lot. After learning that the storm system alone would cost $300,000.00 they were looking for a cost saving alternative. Pervious concrete was the answer.
Now the site storm water runoff is infiltrated directly into the ground. Which has another benefit complying with the new water standards, per the Department of Ecology storm water strategies to project the Puget Sound. As you can see the new parking lot turned out beautifully and Multi-Care is very happy with the lot and savings.
