Canyon Crossing Retail Center

The project is comprised of a new prototype Safeway Lifestyle store, six in-line and out pad retail buildings for lease (approximately 60,000 square feet) for small to mid size retail tenants, a fast food pad and a Safeway Gas pad.

Extensive use of pervious concrete pavement and flatwork at this retail development. Canyon Crossing is a 120,000 square foot Safeway and Safeway Gas anchored shopping center in Frederickson, Washington.

Canyon Crossing is located at the major intersection of Canyon Road East and 176th Street East. Canyon Road is the major north-south arterial from Tacoma and freeways to the north, while 176th Street East is the main east-west arterial connecting to the Cross Base Highway (currently one of WSDOT’s top priorities) which leads to I-5 to the west. This intersection is physically Pierce County’s largest intersection.
