Canyon Crossing Retail Center
The project is comprised of a new prototype Safeway Lifestyle store, six in-line and out pad retail buildings for lease (approximately 60,000 square feet) for small to mid size retail tenants, a fast food pad and a Safeway Gas pad.
Central Pierce County Fire Station
City of SeaTac headquarters and fire station pervious concrete.
Downtown Promenade
This Greenroads project in Auburn, WA incorporated low impact development technologies and features a decorative pervious concrete for stormwater infiltration. This 20,000 square foot project is a mix of pervious concrete, standard concrete & colored concrete.
Issaquah Highschool
The new Issaquah High School building includes two and three story sections and provides 285,500 square feet of academic, athletic and performing arts space on a 54 acre site. The courtyard has 20,000 square feet of pervious concrete on two levels with a unique joint design transferring down the levels.
Les Grove Campus Park
In an effort to better serve its residents & community, the City of Auburn wanted to develop additions to its popular 20-acre Les Gove Campus Park that would support youth activities, as well as community recreation needs for all ages. The facility connects the existing senior center with a new covered walkway, and also improved shared parking by providing a new pervious concrete parking lot for 69 vehicles.
North Athletic Complex
The new Athletic Complex features four all-weather turf Baseball fields. Two full size Basketball courts and two all-weather turf soccer fields. The entire complex is lighted for any night time activity.
Pinehurst Safeway
The Pinehurst Safeway is the first Safeway Store in Washington State to have a full parking area completely designed in pervious concrete. The store has been awarded a LEED Silver Certification, a designation given only to buildings that meet strict standards of sustainable design, construction and operating practices.
Regional Athletic Center
The Regional Athletic Center project is regarded as one of the finest outdoor sporting venues in the state.
Safeway - Admiral Way LEED Silver
This is the third Safeway we have completed with pervious concrete. Although this is a much smaller site than the others it still has 22,000 square feet of pervious concrete parking area.
